What Is The Cure For Sharp Pain Under Left Breast Which Worsens After Lying Down?

I am having sharp pain under my left breast just at the lower edge of breast about in the middle of the breast area. It is worse when I lay down at night and it hurts when I take a deep breath. Been taking an anti inflammatory drug for ten days with no change in the pain.

It requires local examination palpation feel for mass. If amass is felt then mammogram can e done. consult gynecologist with result treatment as advise.
