What Is The Cure For Sore Which Is Oozing Under The Breast?

I have a weeping sore under one of my breasts. It started as a pusie spot it is not getting any bigger but continues to weep it is less than 1 inch long. I am keeping it dried off after showering and covering with a breathable patch. Any ideas what I can do?

First of all I would like to know that what is oozing out of the sore i.e. is it blood, pus, milk or something else. If it is pus it suggests infection and for that you should get prescribed strobg antibiotics from your doctor. If it is very tender and deep infection then you may need a cleaning of would by a surgeon.
