What Is The Cure For Swelling In Genitals And Swollen Lymph Node In Groin?

I am 24 and for the past three days my genitals have been swollen and irritated. At times it feels as though I have a sharp knife in my vagina. I have no abnormal discharge. As well today I realized my lymph node is swollen in my groin area. What is going on???

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

pain and irritation in external genitalia could be due to infection. consult gynec doctor for examination. Need to get swab test from vagina for study. Depending on infection need antibiotic treatment.
Enlarged lymph node in groin region also favor towards infection in genital region.
