Hello,
I have gone through your history and it suggest me that your having inflamed enlarged tonsils which is making you difficult to swallow.
I would be Advising
1. Oral Antibiotics twice daily for 5 days
2. Oral Antipyretics
3. Salt water Gargling.
Once the infection and swelling comes down he should be considered for removal of tonsils.
