What Is The Cure For The Burning And Pain In The Wart?

Hi I was born with this so called wart for the first time it is very painful I think I hurt it somewhere there is a small cut and its painful I don t know what to do I went to the pharmist and he gave me wart magic liquid I did apply it but it feels like burning I can t even sleep at night with this pain

I have gone through your query and it seems to be an infected wart.
I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment or fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily and take anti inflammatory medicine like tablet ibuprofen for pain relief.
