As per your complain sinus infection along with earache and small knots on the left side of neck and at collarbone.. Well, the symptoms of earache seems to be due to ear infection and that is most probably due to sinus infection.. The knots are swollen lymph nodes that are also due to infection.. I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like PNS View x ray or MRI scan of the sinuses and otoscopy of ear can be done. You can be advised a curse of antibiotics like Augmentin, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Pseudoephadrine can help.. You can also be advised antibiotic and analgesic ear drops, saline nasal irrigations, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in your room.. Do warm compresses over the lymph nodes..
