What Is The Diagnosis For A Rash With Burning Sensation On The Back Region?
I have broken out with a strange rash on my back from under my shoulder blades down to just above my tail bone, about 3 1/2 to 4 inches in width. It burns and from time to time feels like fire ants are biting everywhere. It aches when I sit down and rest my back anywhere and last night I was awakened with burning pain while sleeping in my back 2 or 3 times. I havent noticed anything else.

As per your history, it may be due fungal infections.
For that you can apply clotrimazole ointment locally.
Avoid hot and humid environment. Avoid sweating. Try to bath twice daily.
In case of not getting relief, you may require tablet Fluconazole after consultation. Maintain proper hygiene
