What Is The Diagnosis For Shortness Of Breath, Dizziness And Chest Discomfort?

WENT TO CARDIOLOGIST WEDNESDAY AND WAS PRESCRIBED NITROGLYCERIN, METOPROLOL, LIPITOR, AND A BABY ASPIRIN A DAY. EKG SAID SINUS RHYTHM AND INFERIOR ST T CHANGES. BEEN GETTING VERY DIZZY, SHORT OF BREATH, AND CHEST DISCOMFORT. HDL IS 19, TRIGS ARE 800, CHOL 265, APOB100 IS 170. HE PRESCRIBED ALL THOSE MEDS BUT GAVE NO DIAGNOSIS.
