What Is The Diagnosis For Sore Throat With White Patches In Mouth?
Hi I have a challenge diagnosis for you, 3 doctors at baptist couldnt figure it out . My husband started with a sore throat then white patches inside mouth fever aches, heaaches and such, tested neg for mono and strep, still has a low grade fever and isnot getting better, researched for 2 days need your help.

though such diagnosis are made after proper examination and battery of tests, I would suggest you to first under go fungal culture from oral lesions
if positive start antifungal mouth paint
if negative. get a biopsy done. And tell report.
