What Is The Diet Plan During The Pregnancy Period ?

Hi, I am 5-6 weeks along and overweight . I would like to lose a healthy amount of weight through exercise during my pregnancy to avoid complications. I m 5 1 and 190 lbs, I don t want to put myself or baby at risk by exercising, what would you suggest? Thanks

if on a budget, ( My mom did this ) Bungee cord wrapped with a towel while you sit exercise the biggest muscles in your body the thighs, wrap around your legs and like a scissor open and close, make a regiment for it, Also laying down 1 foot planted knee up bring the other foot up to a 45 degree angle, repeat other side. Very easy, you should see a difference in the first month.

Hi,
You can do light exercise like walking,light swimming,doing routine work,these are all one type of exercise,merely going to gym only called exercise is not proper.
Avoid more fat and carbohydrate and junk food.take more protein.
use more green vegetables and salads.
