What Is The Diet To Increase The Haemoglobin Level?
My mother age is 51 and she is a diabetic also has a high cholestrol and her haemoglobin level is 8 also has a thyroid problem My question is: 1 what diet should she take to increase haemoglobin 2. she also took medication for (haemoglobin, cholestrol,thyroid, diabeties) but she feel little uneasiness so plz guide me

Hello , How is your mother now ? Is she feeling uneasy still ? As she is running 51 and also diabetic , hypothyroid , hypercholesrolemic , it's important to treat for anaemic condition ( decreased hemoglobin ). She might take some iron supplements like T. livogen .
Apart , she can also take some in her diet like dates ( honey less ) , figs , greens , pomegranate etc , which could bring certain improvements . It's better to investigate for decreased Hemoglobin at this age as it's unusual for people to present with anaemia at 51 .
