What Is The Diet To Regain Stamina?

i am 28 yrs male and i take 4 to 5 cigarettes daily which i want to quit.i am obese for which i go to gym in evening regularly from past 10 months.but frm last 15 days i m feeling like i m loosing stamina.i dont feel like waking up in the morning for which i am getting late for office also.when i go to gym i dont feel like warming up also.my diet is not balanced.kindly sugest me some nutrient supplement and some tips to regain my stamina.

A general once a day vitamin. Daily exercise is more important than the vitamin. Cigarettes and alcohol or drugs of abuse will certainly cause problems with stamina. AND>.... physiological problems with energy happen at the END of the day, not the start. This would imply a motivational or psychological issue.
