What Is The Difference Between ADHD And Autism?

Mu grandson is 10. He was previously in a private school and was diagnosed with ADH My grandson who is 10, had previously been in a private school and was diagnosed with ADHD. He is now in a private school and it being tested to for high functioning autism. What is the difference?

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) features are inattention, hyperactivity, impulsive in all actions. Autism child will be isolated, does not maintain eye contact and highly sensitive to sound and light.
