Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
Age, gender, duration of symptoms, body weight, etc not mentioned.
Angina pectoris is the chest pain due to decreased blood supply to the heart.
The chest pain radiates to the left shoulder, neck, left arm or fore arm and it is associated with sweating or palpitations and relieved by drugs like Nitrates.
The pain due to gall stones (biliary colic) occurs in the right upper abdomen and radiates to the back and is associated with vomiting, dyspepsia following a fatty meal.

The medications Ecosprin and Clopitab prevent the thrombus (clot) formation and hence are usually prescribed to prevent the heart disease like angina pectoris.

Hope this answers your query.
