What Is The Difference Between Duromine And Metermine?

Hi there is there a difference between duromine and metermine? I have been to doctors and askd for duromine. Chemist has handed me metermine and I don't think it is working as good as duromine as I have been on duromine previously. They didn't even ask if I wanted genetic brand..and still paid $102.
