What Is The Difference Between Ibuprofen, Tylenol And Naproxen?

My left hip, thigh and knee have extreme sharp pain. XRays showed structure of L hip is good. Sharp (cramp) on L hip, front thigh and knee come frequently for over a week. I went to emergency and found swallen knee cap. I got a pain killer injection and was told to take ibuprofen. I am wandering what is the different between ibuprofen and Tylenol and Naproxen. I have both the latter but not ibuprofen.

It is the group of NSAID drugs (Non-steroid Anti-inflammatory Drugs ) and all are the same in mode of action some are potent in action, some are convenience in dose some are good to Gastric region, but over all same in subsiding the pain, hope this information helps, take care.
