What Is The Difference Between Norethindrone And Phyto-B?

I am 42 yrs old. Got depo shot early June. Started heavy bleeding Aug 3 Started norethindrone .35 mg pill September 7th and hasn t changed. Have night sweats very very moody migraines. Trouble with memory joint pain. Was told Phyto-B (40 mg progesterone and 2 mg estriol daily) might be better. Want to stop bleeding asap. What s the difference in what I m taking with norethindrone and the progesterone in the phyto-b? Is one better then the other to stop bleeding?

This is form of combined oral contraceptive pills.depo injection definitely cuase the iirrigular vvaginal bleeding.this will help u to stop bleeding .with your other symptoms its more likely that u may close to menapause and or already menapause. For relive those symptoms also this medication will help.
