What Is The Difference Between A Pill Marked KU 261 And B 60?

What is the difference between a pill marked KU 261 and one marked B 60. I have been taking the KU 261 for years with good results . When getting this refilled they gave me the B 60. I understand the 60 is the dosage. The pills look nothing alike but have the same name. The prescription orgionaly was for pro cardio ER.

I have gone through your query. Pills with coding KU 261 and B 60 are same. They are Nifedipine 60 mg. You can take either of them (not both) as prescribed by your doctor. This is given as long term treatment for Hypertension and angina.
Regular monitoring of your blood pressure is a must.
