What Is The Difference Between Ecophane And Medicine Zinc?

Hi Dear Dr. I suffer from my damaged and loss hair because of frequently hair dyeing. I am using grapeseed oil and ecophane pill. would you please tell me what the difference between ecophane and medicine zinc? which one is perfect for loss hair? Is it better using both together?
