What Is The Difference Between Iron Deficiency And B12 Deficiency?

hi i want to know if possible, what's the difference between iron deficiency and B12 deficiency? am investigation a health condition and wanting to know the differences as sometimes they show similar symptoms for both condition! if possible, i would really appreciate it, thank you.

Iron deficiency amaemia is caused due to deficiency of iron in circulating blood and Megaloblastic anameia or B12 deficiency anaemia is caused due to Vitamin B12 deficiency. Symptoms may be confusing so to be sure Peripheral Blood Smear microscopic examination should be done. This can be done at Laboratories where small amout of blood is drawn and examined by a proffesional.
