What Is The Difference Between Skin Tags And Polyps In Vaginal Area?
hi, what is the difference between both skin tags and polyps in the vaginal area? u recently discovered some, when went through an irritation in the genital area. should i be concern about it, since i experienced irritation, swelling and itching? which is somewhat of it going away now. im 24 yrs old and cancer does run in my mothers family, she passed away of cancer at age 28
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Polyps are similar in appearance to vaginal skin tags, and it's thought that estrogen and inflammation can lead to or cause polyps. These polyps may be bigger than skin tags, and they may cause more pain because of their size. Treatment for vaginal skin tags may not be necessary.
