hello, I just wanted to know the difference between the symptoms of flu and lung cancer. I had a fever three days ago which went away over night. I have also had a cough for the last three months but got worse after I became sick. My ribs started to ache when I cough and this started yesterday. I also have a stuffy nose and watery eyes.
