What Is The Discomfort After Using Nair Hair Remover?

I used Nair hair remover on my boyfriends balls and that area down there... he is flipping out today as his nuts are swollen and they are stinging. He isnt gonna go to the ER and I dont know if there is something I can do to help his immediate discomfort . can you advise?

the skin in that area is very delicate n sensitive as a result hypersensitive reaction occured when nair hair is applied in that area
apply mometasone ointment over the affected part
wash the affected area before u apply this .
tablet prednisolone 5 mg thrice a day for only one day
u can come back to me after doing this.good luck
