What Is The Dosage For Felodipine?

What s the best way to give felodopine, AM or PM? How high a dose do you go? One dose or all at once? Diuretics upset stomach and also on losartan 100 m bid. Recent small ischemic brainstem stroke. Good recovery. African american. Hasn t yet tried spironolactone. Thank you!

Usual dose for adults is:
Initial 2.5-5 mg orally once/day
Maintenance: 2.5-10 mg orally once/day (some recommend up to 20 mg/day)
