hello dr,
im 32 weeks of pregnancy.my dr adviced me to takel-arginine granules morning and night.it is like one pocket.i have to use one pocket one night or one pocket one day.please help in finding this answer.if anybody answer this that will be more helpful for me

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the arginine sachets are composed of amino acids .These are usually prescribed to increase the growth of the baby in case of intrauterine growth retardation,low amniotic fluid .It can be taken one packet per day.It is to be mixed in a glass of water.Also take adequate fluids upto 3 litre per day and high protein diet daily.Check for the fetal movements daily
