What Is The Dosage Of Cissus For Tennis Elbow In Both Arms?

i have tennis elbow in both arms. The one just prior to xmas and the other started three weeks later. I initialy thought it was a pulled forearm muscle until the second one and i went to my local GP. I have had rest and now had the injections last week. Went back to work as a plasterer today and still very painful. I am going to try Mega cissus tablets but they contain 50% ketosterone. is this to higher level to try.
