What Is The Dosage Of Cyphon For An Infant Who Has Very Low Appetite?

My baby is 5 month old nd she is not taking milk properly and she is bottle feeding ..she take only 2 to 3 oz at every 4 to 5 hour ..she is underweight baby 2.2 kg when she was born and now 5 kg so local doctor prescribed to give cypon ..so please suggest will i start to give cypon and how much ml will give nd how many time
