What Is The Dosage Of Hydrocodone For Pain Post A Lithotripsy?

Hi..Im on hydrocodone or ketorolac tromethami for kidney stones..just had lithotripsy with stent done..I m in really bad pain now and I took one 325mg hydrocodone pill..can I take two???.it says every 4 hours..or take ketorlac instead..ehic is stronger??

Hello,

If still in pain after taking hydrocodone, take ketorolac, then, after 4 hours of taking first hydrocodone, take the second dose.
