What Is The Dosage Of Omnacortil?

Hello Doctor, I was prescribed omnacortil for panniculitus. 10 days with 40 mg, next 20 days 30 mg, then 20 mg for next 20 days, 10 mg for 20 days and then 10 mg every other day for 20 days. now it has been stopped completely. is the tapering procedure correct?
