Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Progyluton is combination medicine with first eleven tablets containing estrogen and next ten tablets containing estrogen and progesterone.
But usually it helps in preventing ovulation according to manufacturers. If you are using the tablet for regularization of menstrual cycles or for hormone replacement it is useful but if you are using this for the purposes of conception, you better to recheck with your doctor once and follow her advice.

I will be happy to help in further follow-ups. Take care.
