Hi sir today my 2nd periods day, and dr suggest me to take siphene 50mg tablet for five days. After dat when will I contact is necessary after taking dis tablet and also doctor suggested another tablet that is Duphaston from. 4/10/17 to 10/10/2017. I got confused when I start my contact

Siphene is a estogen like medication used for woman with estrogen insufficiency to make possible ovulation.
You can start contact right away and more in ovulation days in middle of cycle.
Also duphastone will substitute the progesterone levels.
