Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

From your tests results i deduct that you have anemia and subclinical hypothyroidism.(you have low Hb level and elevated TSH level.)

Subclinic hypothyroidism need a treatement only if you have ( mild or serious) symptoms or sign of hypothyroidism like fatigue, dry skin, constipation, muscle cramps, weight gain or anemia that affect your daily life.

The most common cause of hypothyroidism or subclinical hypothyroidism is Hashimoto's thyroiditis. For this reason a TPO antibodies test is recommended to confirm your right thyroid diagnosis.

This is important because within a few years in most patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis(especial in those with high TPO antibodies), overt hypothyroidism develops and these condition need thyroid hormone replacement therapy(thyronorm).

In your case anemia can be a sign of your subclinical hypothyroidism.(but even all the other causes of anemia must be taken in consideration)

My advice is to consult your doctor to clarifie your type of anemia and if this condition is related to your actual subclinical hypothyroidism.

Only in these case Thyronorm tablets can be beneficial for you and your treating doctor will decide the starting dosage and how to titrate gradually the dosis for you.

About the problems with your sleep i suggest to consult a neurologist for the right diagnosis and tretaement.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if i can assist you further.
