What Is The Dosage Of Tyrosine And Hydroxytryptophan?

I am bipolar and i'm not on an antidepressant nor have I ever been on one. I am now emotionally intelligent after ten years and my I want to replenish/revive my brain with supplements which include Tyrosine and Hydroxytryptophan. What would be the proper dosage for me? I'm a 23 year old female and I weigh 120 lbs. Thanks for your help.
