What Is The Dosage Of Acitrom?

Hello Docotr,i m 26 years old.Now i m using acitrom 10mg daily because there is a clot in my right leg.In the begining i used 2mg,4mg,now 10mg.Now my weight is 87.My INR test is increasing & decreasing like 1.89,2.45,1.63.why it is going up & down.is 10mg is not a heavy dose for me?I m also having seziures from 10 years.i m using medicines like lamitor200mgdaily 2 times&frisium15mg 2 times.now levipil500mg is added for this clot.After delivery i got this.i m not giving to my child.she is 5months baby.it is not effect to my baby& me?now what should i have to do?what type of food i have to take?10mg is not a heavy dose for me?how many months or years ihave to use?pls tell me
