What Is The Dosage Of Metformine, Glimpride And Pioglitazone For Diabetes?

I am 57 yrs old , having ten years old diabetege-2 , taking 1grm metformine, 1 mg glimpride, 15mg Pioglitazone in the evening along with eccosprine 75 and in the morning Losartus HT for BP and 500mg metformine . h1b-3month back 7 fasting sugar 180 and pp 200 . please suggest the dosages in adition or change of better medicine

Thanks for query.your blood sugar level suggests that diabetes is not in complete controlled stage but your hba1c value shows its normal.if some cones to my clinic with such s picture I would suggest increase the dose of pioglitazone only if you do not have any heart related problems because pioglit is wonderful drug but has dreadful side effects .remaing drugs are OK.better to consult your physician once .regards
