What Is The Dryness And Flaky Skin In My Vagina With A History Of Psoriasis?

hi, i have had psoriasis for quite some time now and i have been taking homeopathic medicines and i can see that its improving but recently i noticed that my vaginal area is dry and itchy and i could see some white flaky things..but i am nots ure if its psoriasis or vaginal dandruff...what should i do in this situation?
