What Is The Duration Of IV For Babies After Spitting Up A Bile?

hello. i had a baby on the 15th of this month. on the morning of the 16th the dr noticed she was spitting up a little green bile. he put her in nicu to have xrays done to test for a possible bowel blockage. after all tests were done every xray came back to where she only had gas built up. she has not once spit up bile since putting her in nicu on the 16th and her abdomen is great. the oxygen levels are great as well. however they are keeping her on iv saying they have to wing her off the fluids which they should have started in my opinion the day after all tests came back to where she had no blockage. she has ben eating my formula for two days now and pedialite 3 days ago. how long should she be getting iv if she is fine
