What Is The Effect Of High Fever On Penis?

Two days ago I discovered 3-4 red dots on my penis with one or two looking like a blister. I have been battling fever and cough starting about 3-4 days ago where my fever reached around 104° and unfortunately started there for almost an entire night and 102°- 100° the next couple of days.

Could my dots/blisters be from my high fever and all the cold syrups or should I go get checked for std's?

Hi,

Your fever and cold may be viral. Red spots and blister on penis are suggestive of herpes genitalis(Viral Infection). Both may be related. You should get yourself checked for STD (HSV-2). Once confirmed, oral and local acyclovir can be taken alongwith NSAIDs like paracetamol/ibuprofen to decrease pain and fever.
