What Is The Effective Procedure Of Taking Restyl?

Hi Doc, I am 38 years old, have hypertension, have been taking Numlo 5 anfd metpure for last 20 days my BP is normal now. Was working in nights for last 6 years, now i am working in day for last 2 months. My problem is i do not get sleep till about 3:00 am. Is it adviceable to have Restyl .25. for my sleep. I take my BP medicine every morning. If i should take restyl how many hours before i sleep should i take Restyl. Another question will it effect my BP.
