What Is The Effective Remedy For Pimples?

Hi,
I have pimples tried many things but couldnt find a solution. Also after pimples go off it leaves out marks over my face. Please provide me a solution for this. I have a very sensitive skin so please suggest a home remedy which is effective for pimples and its scars.

Home remedies are not the right treatment for pimples. I would advice that you see a dermatologist. Your dermatologist might choose to start you on oral antibacterials like either doxycycline or azithromycin for a few weeks depending on the severity of you acne and response to treatment.

If I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to use a topical antiacne gel e.g benzoyl peroxide or clindamycin gel, twice daily.
