What Is The Effective Replacement For Cefspan 400 Mg Taken For Piles?

i am sufferin from piles disease after the 40 days mensuration cyle after givin birth to a child. my doctor has given me cefspan 400 mg antibiotic course for 5 days. As its quite costly in Karachi,Pakistan so i want to know its substitute available easily everywhere and is also cheap??? Please tell me an substite asap??

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Well, antibiotic has no role in the treatment of piles unless it is complicated or you have fissure too. If there is no pain no need of antibiotic at all.
Go for Sitz bath- meaning sit comfortable in a tub with warm water, take a mild laxative- you will be fine.
