What Is The Flaky, Red Rash That Appears Around Nose?

Hi, there s flaky, red rash that appears around my nose, under my bottom lip/chin and between my eyebrows. It happens 7-10 days before my monthly cycle and ends when my period starts. When I was pregnant 2 years ago It did not recur. Could this be hormonal or something else?

Well come to HCM
No this is may not be due to hormone changes but this could be due to some allergic reaction, hypersensitivity may be the reason try second generation antihistamine, this would give good result, and the best drug would be Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg once in day, take care.
