What Is The Fluid Filled Sac With Veins That Came Out Of Nose?

I have had a sever cold and sinusitis for a few weeks, yesterday my sinus was very painfull and i couldnt breath through my nose. This morning a blew my nose and to my shock, this fluid/mucus filled sack that had veins came out my nose, it had the apperiance of an embreonic sack, about the size of a grape. I would like to know what this is please!..

Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.
Looking at your symptoms,you suffered from Bleeding in the nose,probably after blowing or cleaning your nose.Blood clots would have come out.
Don't try to clean your noose or blow it forcefully.
You may find relief by taking the following medications:
Saline Nasal Spray,
Antihistaminic like Cetrizine,
Oral Decongestant like Pseudoephedrine and Nasal Decongestant like Oxymetazoline(if not suffering from Hypertension)

Avoid cold,spicy ,oily food.Do steam inhalation.Drink lots of warm fluids.Avoid dust.
