What Is The Frequently Recurring Lump In My Throat Followed By Vomiting?

It s been like 13 hours and like every hour I get this lump thing in my throat and when I throw up it goes away but after an hour it happens again and when I diarrhea water comes out brownish water I m 13 and male why is this happening to me how long will it last please tell me and is it ok if I put my finger in my throat to throw up because when i vomit I feel better so is it safe to put my finger in my throat to vomit, please reply ASAP

Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
There could be an obstruction to your food passage. That could be the cause for your swelling in throat after eating and coming down when you vomit.
You need a barium swallow or endoscopy to find out the cause.
Putting the finger and inducing vomiting will not solve the problem.
Consult a doctor as early as possible and get a check up.
