I have a small (perhaps 3 mm) hard lump in my vaginal wall. It is not in the most superficial layer of tissue, it appears to be in the layer below; it does not move. It is perhaps an inch or so to the side of the cervix. It has only been there 2 weeks. I have an appointment to see my gyn in a few days; I am just doing some preliminary research. I'm 47 years old and have had 2 children (15 and 11 years ago) one naturally, one by uneventful C-section.
