What Is The Hard Lump In The Crease Of My Bikini Line Area?
Ok, so I m a 24 year old female, I ve recently discovered a small hard lump in the crease of my bikini line area, it can t be seen, only felt. I ve had ingrown hairs, and this doesn t feel the same and I think it s too deep for that. Could it be a lymph node or something along those lines?

I would keep a possibility of a Swollen Lymph node as well, probably secondary to ingrown hairs.
As a treating doctor i would have advised an oral antibiotic(penicillin group) for a week along with topical antibacterial ointment e.g 2% mupirocin twice daily on Razor bumps.
