What Is The Healing Time After Surgery For Muscle Insertion In Gastrocnemius?

hiya, My boyfriend has just been transferred to grinstead, he will have to have micro surgary to put some muscle in his gastrocnemius where the bone came through and has made a hole, and then he is having a skin graft over this... Its quite large! I was wondering how long he will have to stay in hospital after this procedure?
