What Is The High Upper Rang Of Heart Beat That Should Be Considered?

My heartbeat rate has been increased in the last couple days, sometimes up to 90 ~95 per minute. I am 21 years old girl and have no problems with my heart so far. My blood pressure is very stable (Systolic: 100 ~ 120 and Diastolic: 60 ~70). What is high upper range of heart beat that I should take consider having an examination by a cardiologist?
Thanks,

Welcome to HCM.
Normal range of heart beat is from 60 to 100 per minute.
Heart rate is different from individual to individual.
More than 100 is called tachycardia.
90-95 in your case it is consider to be normal.
If you have any symptoms like palpitation, chest pain, headache, dizziness than you have to go for cardiologist consultation to evaluate your cardiac condition.
Otherwise avoid stress, anxiety.Take proper sound sleep.
Go for exercise,yoga regularly.
