What Is The Homeopathic Remedy For Itchy Lumps In My Underarm?

Hello, I am from the Philippines. I am 50, female 146 lbs. and I am growing several tiny lumps in my underarm and it's itchy. At first, I thought it must be Rexona deodorant so I stopped using it. The growth stopped. But because I am having excessive sweating, I was told to use Tawas to get rid of the odor and sweat but a few weeks later, the lump and the itch is coming back especially when I stopped using it at home. What can I do? Do you have homeopathic remedy for this?
