What Is The Huge Bump On The Labia?

I have a huge bump on my vajay jay lip and I thought it was a blind pipple but it is so huge swollen and hard and seems to have other blind pipples or pockets of infection around it. Is it a boil? Should I go get it lanced or will it go away on its own?
